About the Speaker: Dr. Hiroko Takamatsu, M.D.
Dr. Hiroko Takamatsu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at Showa University School of Medicine in Tokyo, Japan. She earned her M.D. degree from Showa University in 2016 and completed her residency at Nagasaki University Hospital. Dr. Takamatsu is a board-certified radiologist, holding a Diploma from the Japanese Board of Radiology since September 2023. Her professional experience includes positions at several hospitals in Nagasaki, where she specialized in radiology. She is an active member of the Japanese Radiological Society, the Japanese College of Radiology, and the Japanese Breast Cancer Society. Dr. Takamatsu’s expertise lies in breast imaging and radiological research, contributing significantly to her field through both clinical practice and academic involvement.
